Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: No charge.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full treatment fee.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments or packages once they have been completed.
