Cancellation Policy

At IVI Aesthetic, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: No charge.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full treatment fee.
